We also provide screening and verifications services for individuals seeking information on new dating partners, businesses seeking information on general contractors before work agreements, and homeowners seeking information about a handyman before allowing them into their home.
247 Records is a Certified Criminal Research Provider and observes the guidelines of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA).
As an Account Manager at 247 Records, you will be entrusted with managing customer accounts, assisting virtual assistants and handling personal private information with utmost integrity.
Responsibilities:
• Perform and maintain efficient operations.
• Ensure security and compliance among virtual assistants.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Help virtual assistants with identity verification, obtaining documents and organizing records.
Education:
• High school diploma
• Any ongoing or college education a plus.
Experience:
• Any work experience relating to management a plus.
Other:
• Read and write in English.

This job starts with reviewing your resume and work history, analyzing any criminal background, confirming your education and in some cases reviewing social media profiles.
All applicants must provide a background report for the account manager position. If you do not have a pre-existing background report then you will need to get a background check completed by any provider of your choice before being considered for the job.
Some disqualifying background information is: sexually explicit content on public social media/online that connects to an applicant, any public social media/online association with criminal organizations or hate groups defined by www.splcenter.org and www.adl.org, any criminal conviction associated with theft.
Other disqualifiers are: providing inconsistent or inaccurate information, failure to complete onboarding tasks and refusal to supply requested information.
Hours and Pay:
20-30 hours per week
$25 per hour.
