Job Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in the growth of Bold Reuse by driving new business opportunities. You will support the sales team by generating leads, qualifying inbound inquiries, and executing outbound prospecting. Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Management:
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from various channels (website, email, events, etc.).
- Engage prospects through personalized communication to understand their needs and fit.
- Schedule qualified leads for meetings with the sales team.

Outbound Prospecting:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads for follow-up and nurturing.

Lead Qualification:
- Understand the challenges and goals of potential customers and align them with our services.
- Accurately document and update lead interactions in Hubspot.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further development.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns to increase lead generation.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve messaging, processes, and performance.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, bringing insights and suggestions for process improvements.
Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable with cold outreach and nurturing inbound leads.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Compensation:
Annual OTE (On Target Earnings): $65,000
