HR Coordinator (Part Time, Onsite)
Our client seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day HR administrative needs of a growing manufacturing organization in North Georgia. This part-time, onsite role is ideal for an early-career HR professional—someone with 1–2 years of experience or a recent college graduate with strong HR-focused internships. Experience with UKG is highly preferred.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth HR operations, supporting employees, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance across the HR function.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR department and onsite leadership
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire packets, I-9 verification, and internal system setup
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (UKG)
- Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and basic payroll data entry
- Help coordinate employee communications, scheduling, and company announcements
- Assist with benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and employee questions
- Help maintain compliance with company policies, federal and state employment laws, and internal audit requirements
- Support HR projects as needed, including reporting, file audits, and process improvements
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, document preparation, and updating HR templates and forms
Who You Are:
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience or strong HR-focused internships
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience with UKG highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
