Club Z! is a national private tutoring company. We take pride in matching tutors with students based on individual needs, personality and qualifications. We utilize the student’s classroom curriculum, additional resources, state published guidance as well as study skills & test prep programs in order to aid your teaching. We are a team of education enthusiasts. Our mission is to help students achieve their goals and reach their highest potential!

With high demands from local families, we are currently looking to add a few more individuals to our team who can support with general high-school level STEM subjects (including Physics, Chemistry and/or Biology). You may also be required to act as a homework accountability coach to ensure that your students turns in their homework on time and in completion. If you are capable of teaching other positions, we will take your full skillset into our hiring as well as assignment decisions. We would require you to have taken those classes during your high school years (or anything that is offered by your school as equivalents).

This is a hybrid role. While for rare cases we may consider highly-qualified fully remote candidates, we do required you to be on-site at least 1-2 day of the week (depending on your circumstance as well as workload/number of assignments). We will give priority to candidates who have access to a personal vehicle. In addition, we would need you to also be able to remain in service for a full year (i.e., for consistency purposes).

Why work for Club Z!?

  • We match you with clients immediately
  • Earn great pay and keep flexible hours
  • Work privately and dedicated with your students to oversee their growth
  • Receive direct recognition from families and students

What do we look for in a tutor?

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to perspective take
  • College Degree and/or Certified Teacher
  • Academic background in subject areas you wish to tutor (with reasonable GPA)
  • Reliable Transportation (or willingness to take public transportation)
  • You would need to provide a full government ID as well as SSN or proof of work eligibility and complete the necessary background check items

If you enjoy working one-on-one with students and making a positive difference in their education, please reply with your resume!
