Summary/Objective:
The primary role of Continuous improvement Specialist is assisting the lean & 6-Sigma Manager to lean and advance the department planning and the overall operation planning. Meantime, grasping the company business conditions in times and distinguishing the improving program from quality, effectiveness, inventory, and material consumption etc. Updating well organized work plans and project management documents on time. Ensure the project meets the goal and achieves expected benefits. Improving processes by lean methods to improve efficiency, promote self-process completion and improve good product condition and compliance. Furthermore, grasping the progress of each project in time, promote the development of project and regularly organize project collection and publication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the promotion of various improvement projects of the company.
- Responsible for identification, teaming, tracking and coaching of company improvement projects.
- Responsible for improving the project’s revenue goal.
- Responsible for production process improvement and optimization.
- Responsible for assisting the company’s improvement project regular summary report.
- Responsible for the follow-up of the problem points of the weekly meeting.
- Responsible for the collection of rationalization proposals and promotion of implementation.
- Responsible for improving the cultivation of talents.
- Promotion and supervision of on-site 5S.
Job authority:
- Lean staff promoted to raise wages.
- Inspect proposals from various departments.
- Recommend lean talent rights to general manager and personnel department.
- Implement the monitoring of the process and results of on-site activities and the power to propose rectification of non-conformities and shortcomings.
Work Environment:
This job operates between manufacturing and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines as well as interfacing with the operation of machinery on the floor.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. - Must be 18 years or older.
Travel:
Occasional travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
- Min. bachelor’s degree, Statistics, Econometrics and similar.
- Proficient in strong planning, organization, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Ability to check.
- Proficient in Master the use of data analysis and statistical methods
- Proficient in office software.

Preferred Education and Experience:
With one or more years of plastic processing and design experience, an undergraduate degree and/or a combination of education and experience.
Bilingual in English and Chinese
