Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using the Mendix platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Mendix low-code development environment.
- Customize and extend Mendix applications through configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
- Stay current with Mendix updates and best practices
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience developing applications with Mendix or other low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Security+ certification required (however, six months to acquire after hire will be allowed)
- Mendix certification.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- ACTIVE SECRET clearance a plus!!
