Position Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to represent our brand in the field, build lasting relationships with clients, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, is detail oriented, and excels in a dynamic, client-facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve individual targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional service and personalized style consultations.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, phone calling, and attending events.
- Guide clients through the custom clothing process, offering expert advice on fabric selection, design options, and garment measurements.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely order delivery upon arrival.
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with our tailors.
- Represent JDB Clothiers with professionalism and integrity.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in client-facing role(s).
- Strong communication skills over the phone and in person.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and appointments effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
