As a Logistics Client Support Guide, you will be at the forefront, interfacing with clients daily and working to solve their most complex shipping problems. This position requires tenacity, problem solving skills and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (in progress is fine)
- Ability to understand current and future needs of our clients
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- A willingness to learn and work in a start-up environment
- Good oral and written communication skills, in person and electronically
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems quickly and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Exceptional work ethic
