Physical Therapist
Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Assistance
Are you interested in finding a growing opportunity for yourself professionally, including a robust 15-month clinical mentorship program? Do you want to collaborate with dynamic and experienced professionals?
Rose City Physical Therapy offers a fun, friendly, professional environment emphasizing evidence-based care and clinical specialties for orthopedic and sports physical therapy. We have a robust continuing education tuition and student loan reimbursement program. We are at the top of our field and provide consistent, caring, and effective patient care that differs from what you expect from a traditional PT clinic.
We have full-time positions available in our physical therapist-owned private practice. We offer an unhurried onboarding process, providing training in our EMR, clinical mentorship, and systems and procedures to foster clinical efficiency and success.
Our mentorship program is developed and directed by practice co-owner Karl Kolbeck, PT, OCS, SCS, COMT, FAAOMPT, a national-level orthopedic and sports rehab educator. Your mentorship is guaranteed and included in your hiring agreement; it is not a verbal ‘promise’ offered by many. It includes biweekly mentorship sessions during the first six months of employment and weekly mentorship sessions during months seven through twelve. In addition, monthly group meetings and provider in-services are also provided.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary and benefit packages are competitive.
